Do you charge for educational counselling?
Our agent service fee for partner university is free; other services outside university partner selection and application may attract minimal fees.
Can OnyxOpal Services help with visa applications?
Yes. We provide comprehensive visa guidance and application support, including document preparation, interview coaching, and advice on visa requirements to improve your chances of a successful application.
Do you assist with scholarships and university admissions?
Absolutely. We help students identify scholarship opportunities, assist to prepare strong applications, and secure admissions to our partner universities and college. We guide students on how to write personal statements, CV and other admission requirements.
What support do I receive after securing admission?
Our support doesn’t end with your admission. We provide pre-departure briefings, accommodation advice, airport pickup coordination (where available), enrolment assistance, and ongoing post-arrival support to help you settle into your new study destination with confidence.

As the student, you must agree to:
